This year we have taken the opportunity to revise the BCHIMPS constitution and bylaws first drafted and passed as part of incorporation 18 years ago. Thank you to all the members who provided feedback. Your feedback was taken into consideration.
The AGM meeting materials are available for preview: draft Agenda, draft 2017 AGM meeting minutes, and the draft Constitution and Bylaws v 0.4, that will be voted on at the AGM.
