BCHIMPS Annual General Meeting

We cordially invite BCHIMPS members to attend the BCHIMPS Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at Monk McQueens, 601 Stamps Landing, in Vancouver.

We are pleased to announce participation from MEDITECH as a supporter of our AGM.

The AGM will begin with registration at 5:30 p.m and the meeting will commence sharply at 5:45 p.m. There is no cost to attend.

In compliance with the Society Constitution and Bylaws BCHIMPS holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year where changes to the bylaws are ratified and the Executive members of the Board for the following year will be elected or acclaimed. Only BCHIMPS members are entitled vote at the AGM, but invited guests are welcome to participate as observers. A proposed agenda and the bios of nominees for the 2012/2013 Board of Directors will be circulated to members in the coming weeks. Your input is vital to our success and we encourage all members to participate.

Light refreshments will be served and there will be an opportunity for networking.
